The building comes from Kibri set #38504. I painted everything and weathered it rather heavily to suggest a mostly unpainted old building.
For the roof, I added shingels from Wild West Models – made of paper, not too expensive, easy to apply and extremely good looking.
Even though the Kibri sets are ancient – perhaps from the 1960’s – the level of detail is still pretty good and a good foundation for weathering and further detailing.
