Close to the tracks of the Augusta & New Arcadia RR, railroad worker Mr. Dennis first saved up enough money to build a simple house for himself and his guitar.
Years later, he has saved even more and now a brand new Ford T adorns his driveway, while the guitar sings its praises!
Mr. Dennis’ small house was no palace even by 1920’s standard, but nothing could beat the view! Forests and fields in the hills provide a visual splendor to his tiny dwelling.
A small annex in the back provides room for a still, to keep his days lit by the moon!
…while his small garden keeps him with cabbage and salad.
